    Table Widget


    Table Widget

    The table widget displays your data in organized rows and columns.

    Tables are great for keeping track of information where there is an aggregated total sum or average of data.

    Setup

    1. Click the Table Widget icon to open up the widget creation side pane
    2. Title your widget
    3. Select the entities you want to include

      a. Choose a level of granularity from the "Show Me" drop-down
      b. Choose the specific networks, accounts, campaigns, etc. you want to pull data from in the "From the Following" drop-down. Another box will appear for you to select specific entities

    4. Choose the KPIs you want to include in the "Fields" section
    5. Select a date range
    6. Customize your data view with the following additional options below the date range selector:
      • Sort by a certain metric
      • Count: increase or decrease the number of rows in >- your table
      • Order your data
      • Aggregate your data by day, week, or month
      • Filter by status (active, all, etc.)
      • Customize the width of your table and the size of the rows

    Summary Widget

    The Summary Widget lets you aggregate your data by metric and comparing results to another period of time.

    This widget works great as a high-level overview of your results.

    Setup

    1. Click the Summary Widget icon to open up the widget creation side pane
    2. Title your widget
    3. Select the entities you want to include

      a. Choose a level of granularity from the "Show Me" drop-down
      b. Choose the specific networks, accounts, campaigns, etc. you want to pull from in the "From the Following" drop-down. Another box will appear for you to select specific entities

    4. Choose the KPIs you want to include from the "Fields" section
    5. Select a date range
    6. (Optional) Choose a second date range for a data comparison
    7. (Optional) Filter by status

    Bar Chart Widget


    Bar Chart Widget

    The Bar Chart Widget presents your data as bars on an axis, allowing you to visualize and compare data.

    This widget is great for comparing data over different time aggregations, and can be combined with a Bar Chart widget for deeper data comparisons.

    Setup

    1. Click the Bar Chart Widget icon to open up the widget creation side pane
    2. Title your widget
    3. Totals: Choose whether you want to include a "totals" bar in the chart
    4. Select the entities you want to include

      a. Choose a level of granularity from the "Show Me" drop-down
      b. Choose the specific networks, accounts, campaigns, etc. you want to pull from in the "From the Following" drop-down. Another box will appear for you to select specific entities

    5. Choose the KPI you want to measure from the "Bar" drop-down

      a. (Optional) To compare 2 metrics (ex: Spend vs. Conversions), select a second metric from the "Line" drop-down. This creates a Bar/Line Combined Widget

    6. Select a date range
    7. Customize your data view with the following additional options below the date range selector:
      • Add min. and/or max. goal lines from the "Goal Lines" tab at the top of the side pane
      • Compare your data to a different time period
      • Sort by a certain metric
      • Count: increase or decrease the number of rows in >- your table
      • Order your data
      • Aggregate your data by day, week, or month
      • Filter by status (active, all, etc.)
      • Customize the width of your widget

    This widget is great for finding out where your results are coming from; whether it's a certain ad creative, campaign, or network.

    2. Title your widget
    3. Select the entities you want to include

      a. Choose a level of granularity from the "Show Me" drop-down
      b. Choose the specific networks, accounts, campaigns, etc. you want to pull from in the "From the Following" drop-down. Another box will appear for you to select specific entities

    4. Choose the KPI you want to include from the "Fields" section
    5. Select a date range

    The Progress widget shows your progress toward any metric goal.

    This widget is great for reporting on budget pacing or avg. CPA monitoring.

    Setup

    1. Click the Progress Widget icon to open up the widget creation side pane
    2. Title your widget
    3. Select the entities you want to include

      a. Choose a level of granularity from the "Show Me" drop-down
      b. Choose the specific networks, accounts, campaigns, etc. you want to pull from in the "From the Following" drop-down. Another box will appear for you to select specific entities

    4. Choose the KPI you want to measure from the "Fields" section
    5. Select a date range
    6. Set a numeric goal
    7. Customize your data view with the following additional options below the date range selector:
      • Filter by status (active, all, etc.)
      • Customize the width of your widget

    Image Widget

    The image widget makes it easy to bring image files into your dashboard.

    This widget is great for including screenshots of 3rd party ad data, company logos, or relevant images in your reports.

    Setup

    1. Click the Image Widget icon to open up the widget creation side pane
    2. Title your widget
    3. Click "Upload Image" to choose your image file, or drag and drop the file into the image upload field
    4. Choose a width for your widget

    Ad Display Widget


    Ad Display Widget

    Use the Ad Display widget to show your creatives right beside their performance data.

    This widget is great for painting a full picture of your ad-level performance.

    Setup

    1. Click the Ad Display Widget icon to open up the widget creation side pane
    2. Title your widget
    3. Choose the network your ad is in
    4. Select an ad to display by searching for its name in the drop-down
    5. Choose a width for your widget
    6. Choose an ad display type (right column, mobile feed, etc.)

    Section Header Widget


    Section Header Widget

    This widget helps you add more customization to your dashboard while breaking it up so it's easier for your clients or teammates to read.

    This widget is great for separating long reports into snackable sections.

    Setup

    1. Click the Section Header Widget icon to open up the widget creation side pane
    2. Add text to your section header
    3. Optional Give your section header a subtitle (see above)
    4. Select a color for your widget.
      • Click on the large color square for more options
    5. Choose a font color
    6. Choose a text alignment
    7. Optional Select an icon to appear next to the title of your section header

    Uploaded Table Widget


    Uploaded Table Widget

    The Uploaded Table widget allows you to bring 3rd party data into your AdStage report dashboards via Google Sheets or CSV file

    This widget is great for representing data you can't directly integrate with AdStage, like call tracking metrics.

    Setup

    1. Click on the Uploaded Table Widget icon to open up to widget creation side pane
    2. Title your widget
    3. Select either a Google Sheet or .csv file to upload
      • For a .csv file: drag and drop the file into the field or click the "upload" button to search. Make sure your file fits the requirements detailed here
      • For a Google Sheet, check the "I want to use a file hosted on another website" box and paste your gSheet shareable link into the field. Share settings must be "anyone with this link can edit"
    4. Choose a width for your widget
    5. (Optional) Customize the row size for your table

    AdWords Direct widgets allow you to create reports using AdWords-specific metrics not available in AdStage Cross-Network Widgets, like search query or video performance reporting.

    AdWords Direct tables are great for reporting on your Youtube campaigns. Here's how:

    Setup

    1. Click on the AdWords Table Widget icon to open up the widget creation side pane
    2. Title your widget
    3. Choose an AdWords account from which to pull data
      • Direct widgets can only pull data from 1 ad account per widget
    4. Choose "Video Performance Report" from the Entity Level drop-down
    5. (Optional) add a dimension and any other relevant metrics
    6. Select a date range
    7. Customize your data view with the following additional options below the date range selector:
      • Sort by a certain metric
      • Count: increase or decrease the number of rows in your table
      • Order your data
      • Aggregate your data by day, week, or month

    6. Choose the metric(s) you want to report on (this step varies by widget type)
    7. Select a date range
    8. Customize your data view with the following additional options below the date range selector:
